April & May FM Challenge is Hibs then.

As plenty top youth prospects at Hibs, no signings allowed in season 1.

Then rules will be one player signing per league season completed.
eg,
1 player can be signed at end of season 1
2 players can be signed at end of season 2, and so on.

Lets see if some of us can get a handful of seasons out of this challenge, and see the Hib kids grow in to stars!

OK, go on then, I'll start a new game as Hibs in Football Manager.

2 month challenge may give me chance to finish a season at least!

Bring it on!

Won only 1 friendly now the league starts Celtic

Just wish the other teams would stop unsettling my youngster
by making press release that they want them

Got started with this last night, looks like it might be a tough one with no signings. Lots of interest in some of the players, Brown, Riorden etc etc some getting very annoyed that i wont let them go too!!

have a feeling this could be a good challenge SESL/clap.gif

Should be a good challenge although don't know if I will have time to take part in this one.

If not I will join in again next time round.

OK, I gave in, and started up a game with the sole aim in selling off as many Hibbys I could, and buying up some real life Hearts players.

HOWEVER.....

Seems a bit of a bidding war with these HIB young guns, so I have held fire and may try build them in to a team capable of challenging the 'top 2'

Plan is to bring in some older players to sit in midfield and guide the HIB kids.
Bids in for: Derek McInnes, Neil McCann, Neil Lennon, Nigel Quashie, Colin Cameron.

Made it to Christmas, and sitting 4th in table, so quite happy with that.

I fear the January transfer window ahead now, and endless bids for my upcoming star players though, several of which are unsettled and wish to move to a bigger club.

Onwards and upwards.
