Well, the basic things are done, next monday i have day off, so i´ll work on the rest of details (not too much things need to be done anyway).

Just a fast question: what do you prefer in members title? the name of the team that the manager is (i´ve set it to CEL and CB to see how it looks)? the default ranks for the forums (newbie, member, advanced member)? other ranking?

btw, i´ve increased the maximum size of avatars to 150x150, and the maximum upload size for avatars to 50k. I think that this is enough, but it can be increased easily and like we´re not too much users there won´t be too much problem.

Name of the team in members title is a great idea. Although quite a few people (like myself) have chosen a name relating to their team, there are some (like yourself) who haven't, therefore identifying each user name will be much easier.

Same thing happens wit MSN. People have usernames but it can be hard to identify which team each person manages.

So, in conclusion - yeah, go for it!

I like the idea of having team names noted on the left. With users like "SinJin" it helps as what team is that user??

The team logo avatars are great also. Everyone should be encouraged to do that, but they do appear a little big.

well, I´ve edited all the member till the date and set his title as the team they´re managing.

I´ve made some -*test*-('")s with avatar sizes and smaller than 64 is just "ridicolous", i´ve set it to size 128x96 maximum and edited all the ones that already had it bigger. The difference in size from one post with avatar to one without or with an small avatar isn´t too much, as great part of the post size are the other details. I´ve been trying to find where to make that the number of member and the date of joining don´t appear, but i don´t find where to do it... i guess this is part of the forum skin and edit it it´s a bit far more complex.

Posts look a hell of a lot better know that avators are smaller.

One question, is it possible to change the login name after an account has been set up, as I don't really have to be called CEL boss as CEL manager is now under my log in - is it changeable?

It was acually my log in name rather than job title that I asked can be changed Commish - d'oh!

hmmm... i think that yes... atleast i have an option in admin control panel to do it, i don´t know if you can do it yourself in the profile section.
