There is a 0/8 GK who has not been TP'ed much and ready to be retired frankly, and the remainder of roster is a shambles. Not blaming Rene as he planned expansion, but what a sorry mess of a Stirling team.

You going to have to do a STERLING effort to avoid wooden spoon next season.

While we are on the topic of Craig coming back I'd to dedicate part of my title win to him. Craig left me a very good squad when I took over in S17 of which 6 players played some part this season, prominently Robb & Hunt. So thanks very much Craig.

Hopefully this time he will build a team and stay the course, I'd like to see him and a few other managers where they belong in the top division.

As for expansion route - seems this rule needs tweaks (read Good Bad Ugly forum thread - I´d link to thread but cant remember how)

If CP and TP are lost, then wont the team just sell all resources and stock pile cash in bank?

A team could be ran into ground with NO resources or bank, then fail to promote and simply say "OK, expansion now please - give me free moneya nd resources to cover my poor management. thank you"
Not ideal either.

Why not make expansion team take on exact player and resources of 2nd worst team in Div 3. Or else do away with expansion altogether.

Always going to be TOP managers looking for a new challenge at foot of Div 3.

And I bet in a few seasoms time if SteveT takes DEV to Div 1 glory, he may look for challenge of taking on a ´hopeless´team and save it from expansion?

It's possible, but I've already stated that I won't be leaving Deveronvale. I took them on as a hopeless team anyway.

Maybe if I can emulate Adrian's 3 Div 1 Championships in a row - and I leave the team in good nick, then I might start again
