Luton manager Mike Newell says he has evidence that the director of a rival club once offered him a bribe.

Perhaps an idea we can introduce into SESL? SESL/goodluckicon.gif

Today's report may again "name no names".

Maybe the guy compiling the report has taken a bung himself to keep quiet !

The man to save Newcastle?

How many managers are they going to go thru before concluding that maybe, just maybe, Newcastle are NOT a big club?

You can have as many fans as they wish in their big stadium, but until Newcastle start raking up the trophies, they are not going to be classed as a big club.

I wasn't going to bite... BUT what a load of tosh!

Newcastle are a big club.

They are not succesful they haven't been well managed - but that doesn't detract from the fact that they are a big club... being a big club doesn't entitle them to automatic success. Success has to be earned and we haven't earned it...

Although the long suffering fans deserve a winning team it won't happen unless something at the top changes.

Allardyce to bring success? I doubt it... whats he won so far? He's an ex-Sunderland player with a dubious record associated with transfers. He should fit in well with Freddie Shepherd... now if I were bold enough to suggest what/who does need changing to allow the club to become successful...
