Now all the minnows that fluked their way into the knockout stages have been removed, the quarter finals take place this week.

Looking forward to Arsenal-Juve tonight, although will have a little switch over to ITV4 to keep tabs on Benfica-Barca.

Think Arsenal-Juve will be a tight game, similar to the 2nd leg of Arsenal-Real, would plump for a draw here. Benfica are a real surprise to have made it this far, I think Barca will be too good for them though, away win.

Tomorrow night, Lyon play Milan, Lyon as over the last season or two have impressed in the CL, but I think Milan's experience will count and they will take a draw back to the San Siro.

Inter face Villareal in the other quarter final, neither teams have really impressed in getting this far, I think this will be another tight affair, with Inter taking a slender lead to Spain for the 2nd leg.

(PS I know these predictions will be slated once they are all proved wrong, but if any of you think you can do any better, why not slate them BEFORE the matches take place or better still make your own predictions!)

Italian journo's on UK radio alot today laughing at claims English Premiership think it has best league in europe, yet only struggling Arsenal remain in Champs League!

Most went for a Barca win, I ended up wathing this game seemed to have more atmosphere about it - and to be fair Barca had 5 or 6 clear cut chances, bad/unlucky finishing and some last ditch goalkeeping kept Benfica in it - and they had a good call for a penalty nearer the end. Was a good match despite ending 0-0 though.

Arsenal awesome.

Juve really poor.

I always had a soft spot for Juve - but not anymore!
They were truely pathetic last night, just trying to push Arsenal off the play with endless niggling tackles.

Patrick Vieira was disappointing, but at least got an assist helping set up Arsenal's opening goal !

Juventus coach Fabio Capello must have been raging at the way Mauro Camoranesi sarcastically clapped the crowd when trudging off pitch after his red card. A disgrace to the club.

Arsenal were youthful and alive with skill and a credit to the game.
3 or 4 nil would have been a fair result.

Quite a few got the outcome of last night's games right.

I flicked between both matches, think the Inter-Villareal was the more exciting of the two, the Lyon-Milan game seemed a bit more edgy.

I think if Arsenal get through tonight, they are certs for the final.

They have the class to get past a stuffy Villareal team IMO.

Shaping up for a Barca-Milan semi in the other one, follwed by a Barca-Arsenal final which whould be a decent watch!

Could not believe what I was watching as Milan grabbed 2 goals in last few minutes to beat a stuffy Lyon team.

Milan doing that was a carbon copy of Celtics defeat in San Siro - 2 late goals snatching victory, that had me in tears......

Agree with Gab - Barcelona v Arsenal Final would be a potentially tremendous match.
