Even if it was a good idea - who is going to rewrite the auction software?

I think the auctions (with less CP and TP) are fine as they are. SaSo had Divisional Auctions, I'll admit that with just 8 teams per division didn't help but, there were too many bargains.

I imagine that whoever rewrites the auction software, would be the same person who always does the software rewrites.

But I have to concede he is in the process of Developing a new programme 'Jaguar' which will superceed Olmec

An outgoing, (literally), manager came up with what he perceived as a problem in the game.
Steve from DEV fame said he'd mentioned something about it to the Commish in passing too.

I came up with a simple 'off the cuff' solution.
As I quite deliberately said 'If there is a concern, etc etc'.

Wasn't my problem, I just came up with a possible way to solve it if some people genuinely believe it's a problem.

I quite liked Stewarts 'solution'. Just promote everyone to Division 1.
