A appeal for confusion between Dundee FC and Dundee United to stop.

One distinction is DEE are in decline, while DUU are on the up! :-)

Some people still do get mixed up between the teams though. Be aware it's not acceptable to shorten Dundee United to Dundee in any sentence even if you used Dundee United already. Fine for Manchester City to Manchester or Bristol Rovers to Bristol. Doesn't work with Dundee United to Dundee, you're speaking about a completely different team then.

You may gather that we United fans are very particular about this.

ps Leave Ashley alone. I'd like nothing better than to see DEE languishing in the 3rd Division.
