| FIA = Total Twats. All of the michelin teams wanted to race, even if it meant that they didn't race for points. We heard David Coulthard say on the radio on the formation lap, "I know there's an agreement, but if I have the choice I want to race." Looking at papers this morning it seems that FIA are charging the seven teams for bringing the sport into disrepute. The teams haven't done anything wrong, it's michelin's fault, charge them. Michelin brought the wrong tires, and they told the teams not to race because they cannot guarantee the safety of the drivers. The teams involved had done nothing wrong whatsoever. And what's with Ferrari's "We'll disagree with everyone else" attitude!? If they weren't so stubborn then we would have found a way around it, not could. In this situation I think they're right (for once! shock horror!) because they shouldn't be compromised due to Michelin's cock-up. But there has been a few issues where Ferrari refused to agree with all of the other 9 teams, and they haven't given any reasonable excuse for dismissing it! |
