Here's a topic that's a change from the norm!!!

I am having a dispute with my nextdoor neighbour over a boundary wall that I had built last summer. He says its in his garden and he's going to knock it down. I have drawings but they are inconclusive.

Does anyone have any advice on what I can do or knowledge of how I can resolve this problem? before it ends up with the police and lawyers involved.

Get the boys round with balaclavas and baseball bats to have a word.

Are your drawings from the local Council? Those one will be conclusive and mark out boundaries clearly.

If neighbours knocks down anything on yoru property, he is in big trouble.

If you built it on his border, why did you not ask him to pay half before you did it?
Then no dispute now.
