After returning from holiday and failing to buy anybody in the LIVE! auction, I have reviewed my squad and been forced to conclude that I don't have enough decent defenders but I might have too many high quality forwards and wingers. Although this will no doubt lead to high scoring and exciting matches, it may be time to change tack.
So, I am interested in trading one of Willie Gibson (WG 4/22) or Derek Lyle (FW 4/25) for a slightly better or slightly younger defender. (I would trade Gibson for a DF 4/24 or a 3/21 or maybe even a 2/16, and I would trade Lyle for similar players with 3 higher SL. A DM would also go down very well!) I will happily pay extra cash for a better player if necessary, and could take cash/CPs as part of the deal. I could also throw Tim Sutton (DF 5/10) into the deal if this helps.
