I've just been named the manager of Nairn County. I look forward to working with all of you. Take it easy on me as I learn the ropes here in the SESL.

Welcome to SESL then Wayne.
Are you the "Wayne" that MSWL is named after :-)
ps, MSWL stands for Make Sure Wayne League.

From the MSWL blog after I asked where the name came from

Ah, this is one of the great stories of MSWL. "Wayne" was a responder to the scene of a motor cycle accident somewhere near Al Seller's hometown of Quincy, Illinois. As is usually the case, the victim was sprawled all over the pavement. If I'm not mistaken, he had already been pronounced "dead at the scene." Alas. Wayne, an employee of the Adams County coroner (correct, Al?), wheeled his vehicle around to load the body into it to be hauled away...but as he did so he managed to back over the victim's body, thus, "making sure" that the victim was ready for burial.
And that, children, is the story behind the MSWL name.

Nice story about Wayne, but more importantly, if the new manager of Nairn County ever has any WG players to spare, drop me a note please!

Hang in there Len.
Turn the NAI bashing on the blog to a positive you can throw back at them when you do well.
NAI were stuck behind the 8 ball before you arrived. Reach for the skies.

I think the NAIRN manager lives in LENS WORLD not Waynes World!
