I think the prediction league went well, but there are some issues i have found.
1.)I donīt like the fact that all managers can see other managers predictions. This means you can see the entries of your rivals and you can adjust your predictions according to them. This wasnīt the case for me,but it was very hard to post my predictions as i have just seen Daveīs,who was my biggest challenger.
My proposition is that we should make the prediction league an integral part of the main SESL page.I have already played in a league like that and it worked out fine.
If this isnīt possible we should all send our predictions to the prediction league commish, but this option isnīt very good, because commish also takes part.
2.)I donīt agree that the lower placed team gets CP.My suggestion is if two or more teams win they should get 1 CP each.
3.)I would like to have a bigger prize pot. Many dedicated managers post their predictions for 10 rounds. My suggestion is to raise the pot, for 1st place you should get 5 TP or 5 CP OR 5 OTF, for 2nd place you should get 3 TP or 3 CP OR 3 OTF and for the third place you should get 2 TP or 2 CP or 2 OTF.

I'm not happy with it getting any larger - I think as a fun distraction with a couple of small prizes up for grabs I'm fine with it.

While sending to a 'participation commish' is a good idea, what happens when someones predictions do not arrive via email. Nobodies fault, but could end in an upset manager.

If you dont want managers to see your predictions, then post at last minute. Risk is if you cannot get internet access or website is down. Personally if another manager wants to copy your predictions then its kinda pointless. Although that COULD be an issue come last session picks if 2 teams on very close points.

Prize level seems at a good level currently and increasing prize will likely NOT increase number of managers playing. There seems a hardcore of about half of SESL that is active - and increasing prizes will just make the richer even richer.

However I agree on a tied prize being shared. If one week a handful of teams win then give them all a CP. As long as it does not become the norm then fair enough.

Maybe offer an overall (small) prize to top 6 or 8 teams to encourage continuation of participation rather than some teams 'giving up'.
