Let's get rid of this random injury factor altogether and be done with it!
With just 4 votes (8%) in that Poll, in a 48 team league, I think you are on to plums Len.
With 23 votes cast so far, the percentage goes to 17% (4/23rds), so still a long way to go to convince the majority a change is needed to random injuries.
Some have suggested EL needs looked at again, but with Olmec Jaguar plans (see "Announcements" forum) changes to current Olmec would seem unlikely in the short term.

The poll isn't entirely fair. The abolishers, me included, have two options the supporters have just the one. At the moment the people in support of current random injuries are in the majority but at only 56%. Noy quite clear cut
Amazed to find a thread where a few people have agreed with me!!

I would prefer to have no random injuries at all. As has been said, EL is what the game uses to help simulate that players can't play every match anyway, so injuries are already covered. Also, if you play players into -EL they have a risk of being seriously injured, as would happen in real life if you play someone who is carrying an injury. So, again the Olmec already simulates it.
However, for some strange reason, presuming there is any reason involved at all, a number of managers are happy to have random injuries in the game. Given that, if we do have to put up with them, can we reduce the instance of them? I.E. the chance of them happening. I feel that it is set too high. I understand that this is the first season they've been brought in, and I feel that the current chance should be reduced to perhaps half of what it is just now.
