Rivalry: "east stirling v stirling albion" mentioned above? East Stirling actually play in Falkirk,
so I think their local rivals are Stenhousemuir. wub.gif

I agree with Phil.

But if we want Derby games perhaps there should be only negatives.
Extra EL loss (as aggressive) (derby games always take more out of teams we are told)
Less gate receipts due to extra policing
More chance of bookings and sendings off.
More chance of injuries.

All of the above happen (or supposedly do) in real Derby games

Although in these days of mercenary players the idea of the Derby is dying. As a Watford fan I doubt I will ever see another local derby against the traditional hate figures Luton after the FA condemned them to the conference and potentially oblivion.

according to the match of the day commentator on sunday (cant recall who it was), chelsea v liverpool was a derby match???

since when. must be because they play in the same country???
