MSWL has been disbanded. What does that mean for SESL?

SAINTMANDAVE- 11-15-2008
I think we all need to give Al time to decide what he is going to do. He has said he will support the other leagues fixes & enquiries. So let's wait for him to tell us what he is going to do. No panic

If the situation stays the same and Al does not come back - I would fear for all Olmec games. Not now but in the future when software changes require his input.
Al says he will sort out enquiries and fixes, but if he does not actually run a game -MSWL was his own game - I can't see him wanting to effect any major changes to other sites.

I hope I am wrong and he does re-appear - can't help thinking the decision was made too quickly.

If Al comes back in will Oli then re-consider his resignation?

He would need to rush as if he is genuine in his statement Mark won't spend much time before appointing another manager...

I assume SESL will continue.
Software changes may not happen ofcourse, but that is understandable.

Not understandable is Oli re-signing from EF "in honour of Al" - like as if Al will really care about Oli actions now?

I have no idea whatsoever WHY MSWL has ceased, so on the face of it I will stick my neck out and say it is Oli who is lacking in respect for SESL in his action, but I may be wrong.

I trust Oli will re-consider and return to SESL. He may look a right numb-nuts if MSWL starts up again and he has quit all his teams!
Where is the honour in that! biggrin.gif

i totally missed this, what was happeni9ng here?

MSWL running currently, so I guess whole saga blown over now.

I heard there was political blogs and swearing and owner felt enough was enough and MSWL was no longer fun to run.

There were also managers telling other managers how to run their teams and that certain trades shouldn't be allowed to go through.

Alloa- 12-22-2008
That sounds like SESL Steve! ;-)

Just looked at Barnsley Brewers in MSWL. That team aint even scored a goal in 12 matches. Maybe that manager will not be so dismissive of STI in SESL now given he also has a ton of resources plus a higher Top 11 than Stirlings at start of season......

That sounds like telling me how to run my team ?? Losses or no losses im happy with season so far and will carry on doing what i belive to be right, other managers can have views and thats fine.

and i was never dismissive or what Craig achieved, i have posted on blog a couple of times saying i thought it was good achievment and have told him over email same thing.

And they are 2 completely seperate leagues so please dont compare
