I just came back from the cinema. Star Wars episode III was on and it's a great movie SESL/goodluckicon.gif
Lots of light swords swash buckling. The casting is excellent and the plot is very good and unravels in a surprising way.
Naturally there are different phantastic creatures and advanced technologies, the battle between Good & Evil is raging hard.

Great movie, highly recommended. SESL/clap.gif

I am really looking forward to seeing this film as well and I hope that it can recapture some of the magic that the first three films had, and the last two failed to deliver.

Although after reading Yoav’s review, I have to ask light swords ????

Surely after six of the most publicised and merchandised films of all time and the notoriety that has surrounded them for nearly 30 years everyone knows that a Jedi’s weapon of choice is a Lightsaber!!!!

Still to see this film.

Media hype seems to have died away already though?

I kinda FORGOT to see this film too.

Anyone think its a MUST SEE?

or wait for its retail release in a few months time?

One of my mates went to see it this week and although they said the film was great they felt that knowing what would happen in the end kinda spoiled the sense of excitement.

I'm waiting for it to be released.

Depends how old you are.

The first film (Episode IV) is still the only film I've seen that when I came out the cinema I thought "fooking hell that was great!" So for me, seeing how Darth Vader came about made it a must see film.

As you'd expect the effects are amazing (but you expect it nowadays, unlike in 1978), the story is good, the acting and dialogue are passable.

There's one scene in particular that caused a tear in my eye partly because I just wasn't expecting it (not what I'd expect from Lucas after Jar Jar and the Ewoks) and I think helps make the film.

If someone said I could only buy one more DVD then this would be it.

I just received Star Wars episode III on DVD "from my reliable source". SESL/wink.gif

The picture quality looks immense and I will pack baby off to bed early and sit and watch it, at last, this evening.
