Here is where things get really tough. MOT does battle with MID(Hi Yoav) in the Olmec Cup. MID has 8 players with 30+SL and MOT has none but a lot of team spirit. Like some of the discussion in the forum here about the differences between the leagues, this is where it shows up the most. However, MOT will be seeking revenge for MID beating out Mike's squad.

I still trying to figure out what happened in our recent Olmec Cup match. It shows that MOT tied MID 1 - 1 but on the schedule MOT has advanced to the semi-final Olmec Cup round to play Proletarion Vanguard. I trust this is correct.

So once the 90 minutes were all gone it was time for the penalty shoot out.
As anyone ever seen one with 10 wasted penalties? I think it's a world record. (Graham would have loved to see that happen on his INV match ) In the end after both teams wasting their 5 penalty kicks, it was time for 1 shot rounds. My club missed and Motherwell scored.

It is a good thing that MOT go through after a nice match. Wouldn't be quite happy if MID managed to kick both SESL teams out of the Olmec Cup.

I was totally shocked to find out that MOT had beaten PV. I did not expect it at all. I must admit that I wasn't too confident. POA whom MOT will be playing is quite good. I also play in SFLSL league and have played vs. POA before and have gotten absolutely creamed. But this is a different story. I will try and do SESL proud.
