EDIT: I´ve checked your user profile and permissions and it´s ok. I´ve "updated" it without making any changes. I hope it works now. (maybe it was just that when you signed in that forum it wasn´t here yet)

To be honest, the link I was using was directly into the SESL forum, rather than overall menu, I just had to go up one level!
