I think I'd dispute it being "out of date", its always intended to give an idea of start of season prices, not prices throughout a season.
The problem with the raw data in the other report is that theres no indication of when the trades took place.
A 3/25 FW at the start of a season is worth way more than a 3/25 at the end of a season.
