Have any of you lads seen the Sony PSP? Anyone got one? Are they any good?

Seriously considering putting in an order, although i have known of people ordering consoles, then receiving them after they could have got one from the shops straight away.

£170 can't be bad for it's quality................. and no............... i don't need one sent over for me! SESL/Moonie.gif

The US maybe be closed, but the middle east is open for business. SESL/wink.gif
Can't you just put it in a box and mail it?

Today, Malcolm Glazer secures a 75% share in Manchester United, allowing him to take full control of the club.

Can any of our American readers say what the chat is Stateside on Glazer?

Chelsea fans made a fuss a year ago, but after a few player signings they all calmed down and ofcourse now are all happy winning the title.

I suspect Man Ure fans are over-reacting, and their American owner Glazer will sign a couple of world class players in the summer and all will be rosy.

There are some big differences between Abramovic and Glazer. The first is a billionnaire in his own right (ignoring for a moment where the money came from) and the latter is only a millionnaire who is borrowing significant amounts to support the purchase. I can quite believe he will invest in the club but expect him to try and pay off his debts first so there may be some short-term pain before some longer-term gain.

Chelsea fans may be happy now but if Abramovic ever decides to call it quits it could cripple the club if the underlying business is relying too heavily on his money.

Either way we have two owners who know/knew little about football and the 'eggs in one basket' analogy could come home to roost for either one day. SESL/athumbsdown.gif

The Chelsea guy can afford whatever it takes to maintain his interest in this "hobby" of his.

Abramovic also has a stake in CSKA Moscow who play in UEFA Cup Final tonight apparently. Little media coverage and game is not even on normal UK tv channels. Shows you how low in status the UEFA Cup has come in last 5 years or so.

As for Manchester United - Glazers main interest is to make money, and the only way he can do this is having a successful team on the pitch once again. I really don't understand what all the fuss is about.

Also, Man United fans says they are wearing black in mourning at FA Cup Final on Saturday - conveniently their away strip is coloured black! Rumour is the marketing department came up with the "wearing black" idea to boost shirt sales ahead of this Saturdays game!
