New season about upon me, with major overhaul of team, first choice lineup pre-season is:-

Full of hope this time round, fingers crossed!!

Season 2.
6th in league.
W18 D2 L18.
GF 74 GA 53 (only the 3 relegated sides lost more goes then me!)
Board on my back.

Have 4 defenders lined up: Kompany, Pasanen, Achenbach, Simunic.

Much, much improved in Season 2.

Early German Cup exit to Bochum in 3rd round.
But superb league performance, only a draw at home to Dortmund in 2nd last game cost me the title. Bayern beat me by 2 pts, lost only 2 league games all season (both to Bayern, so guess they deserved the title!)

Young Mokoena really proving a superb prospect, Hleb is a class apart, van Bommel and Lisztes held the midfield together, and a settled back four of Contra, Boumsong, Simunic and Fabiano were solid all season.

May sell Kuranyi as he has disappointed a bit, coming in I have Claudio Lopez up front, aswell and Shinji Ono in midfield, and Hatem Trabesli at DR. Yet to see what cash I have in the summer too, as they are all Bosmans....

Onto Season 3 now, hopefully another improvement and a tilt at the Champions League!

Made the rather strange decision to sell Hleb to get some cash for new players and now wish i hadnt!! Replaced him with the spaniard Gerard who isnt playing too badly but isnt hleb, oops!

Season 2 has started to pick up on my pc now.

January transfer window has arrived and i have gone a bit mental with new signings!

Thankfully, the results have been coming in well in our favour and now we sit 2nd! Although we were knocked out in the cup by "Trier" 2-0!

I'll post up more details once i get back from the hospital!

Mental with new signings = 11 new signings so far this season with 7 more in the pipeline.

When i get back from hospital = I have been to hospital everyday this week with my significant other for CTG traces. She is pregnant and is going to be induced on Monday. Therefore, i am totally genuine!
