| Romanov does provide funds, a couple of million spent, which is a vast amount for a club like Hearts. They are outspending giants such as Rangers this season. However it must be noted that of the 11 signings, I think at least 4 are loan deals? I think they now have around 6 players from Romanov's other club, Kaunas on loan - wonder what the reasoning behind this is? I genuinely don't have a clue, just putting the question out there! |
